Sending Your Complaint to Council
If you decide to submit a complaint to the Governance Dept of City of Moreton Bay, we describe below what is involved.
Printing Your PDF Form
There can be issues with the supplied pre-filled complaint forms when you go to Print them.
The PDFs are derived from fillable PDF Forms. When filled, the inserted text is treated as "markup" and your Print Dialogue may have the Print Option set only to "Document". By changing the option as shown below will allow the Form and Content to print.
Items
There is likely to be two parts to your complaint.
- The PDF Lodgement Form
- Your Letter fully describing your Complaint
These can be combined into one PDF (We can assist with that)
Then you simple email the Form/Letter to:-
email: council@moretonbay.qld.gov.au
Give your email the Subject that References "Complaint to Governance" or something similar.
That should do it. then sit back and wait for a response.
Three submissions we know of made in February are sadly still awaiting a written response.
